My MawMaw recently turned 8o years old. We had a surprise birthday party for her at a seafood restaurant. There were close to 50 guests there. Cooper was very excited to see PawPaw and MawMaw. He talks about them all the time but had not seen them in over a month. Thankfully we had a special party room that only had one exit. Cooper was able to run freely most of the time in the room. He did try to escape several times to see the deer heads hanging on the wall outside of the room.
MawMaw received a recognition award for her service in the Alabama Women's Democratic Society. She is very active in this organization and was presented with an award at the party.
