Cooper informed me this morning that he needed to go to the doctor. He kept saying, "Doctor, Mommy. Doctor, Mommy." He loves to go to his ENT doctor. When we got to the doctor, he decided to put on a show for the 30 plus people in the waiting room. He kept saying "Pay, pay, mommy!" He knows that we have to go to a desk and pay our copay before seeing the doctor. I had my credit card out and he kept yelling, "Pay, Pay!!!" Of course some people thought it was funny, which Cooper loved....I am sure others were hoping we would be called back soon. After we went to the desk to pay, Cooper began yelling, "Doctor, doctor!" When the doctor came to call us back, Cooper looked up at him and said, "Sucker, sucker!!!" He has learned that this doctor's office gives out suckers. While he was being examined, he told the doctor he had to go "Poopie." Thankfully, the doctor was amused. Cooper is very chatty and loves to entertain people. He has a great sense of humor. I cannot imagine what he will be saying when he can talk in paragraphs.

Cooper has been sleeping in his big queen size bed for about six weeks now. He loves it and we do too. I read and sing him to sleep, and then he sleeps through the night in his bed. When he wakes up in the morning, he gets out of bed, opens his door and comes to our bedroom saying, "Eat Mommy, eat!" He thinks that he has to eat as soon as his feet touch the floor! We moved his crib out of his room several weeks ago and began getting the nursery ready for Olivia Kate. Cooper is still not sure what he thinks about Livy Kate. He loves to run up to my belly and hit it and say, "Baby!" He calls her Kate and tells us that she is going to call him "Bubba."

Cooper decided a few weeks ago that he would switch everyone's names around. Instead of Mommy, I am now "MeeMa." Instead of Daddy, Walker is now "Deeda." My dad is "PeePa"-formally PaPi, and my mom is "Gijew:-formally GiGi. Cooper thinks it is hilarious to call us by these names. When I tell him to call me Mommy, he just laughs and says, "No Meemaw." He does still occasionally calls us by our correct names.

We are having so much fun watching our little man grow. He is our beautiful, happy, strongwilled, energetic blessing from God. It is a humbling experience being a parent. We have to daily ask God for wisdom and guidance in raising Cooper. Each day is filled with new challenges and rewards. We are looking forward to the arrival of Livy Kate in February-13 weeks to go. I am sure that Cooper is going to enjoy being a big brother.
